Well, a bunch of us got together this weekend to help out with some much needed yard work at Tom and Virginia's house in Fernley Nevada. It was hard work but we all had a good time and got a bunch accomplished while we were there. The work began Friday afternoon when we started demolition of the side yard fence that had blown over in a recent storm. Next we dug post holes and sunk three new metal posts. Day 2 brought more fun with a roto-tilling party in the back yard that got out of hand and spread to the front yard. We installed a sprinkler line in the newly tilled back yard and then put a new roof on the back patio. We wrapped up day 2 by seeding the back yard and cleaning up the back patio and eating dinner together. We accomplished a lot in two days and we were glad that we could help. We had to take off late Saturday because Robin had to work the next morning. We hope day three was as productive!
