Up early, kicked butt on my run with 30 seconds shaved off my most recent personal best and over a minute off Monday's run.

Got in to work early, lunched with Brant, took off on time. Got home and hung out with my sweetie. She had to go to bed, I have to hang out until 9pm and test some applications after some server re-boots before I can turn in for the night.
