Got up early, Robin and went for our morning walk and then came home and got ready for a day trip. We headed south two hours to Castle Air Museum in Atwater CA. We took our time and arrived about 3pm. Grabbed lots of photos and had a good time looking at all the planes. Some of my favorite were the F-104 Star-fighter, B-17, B-29, F-4, and the B-25. They had a lot of cool planes! On the way home we stopped at Liberty Cemetery, the only thing that remains from the town of Liberty California. It went bust when the Central Pacific Rail-road chose Lodi as the stop between Stockton and Sacramento.
We got home late, had dinner and then I processed about 57 photos and picked the one I thought was the best shot. (A Convair RB-36H)
I'll post the rest of the photos separately.
Later,
D
