Darron Daily - 2012

It's been almost four years since I did the daily photo challenge. A lot has happened in that four years. I am still working as a SW developer for a living, it's stressful sometimes but I am grateful for a good paying job. I must be crazy for starting the daily challenge again, but I was looking back through my 2008 daily photos and missed it so I'm going to give it another go. 2012.12.24 (Monday)<br />

Went in early worked through lunch, took off at 3:30. Went home, wrapped presents and headed off to the Fuhrman residence for our traditional Christmas eve celebration which includes a white elephant gift exchange. This is the third year we've tried to get rid of the papier-mâché bobble head snowman. Year one Craig got it x-mas eve but on x-mas morning it was on our porch with a sign in it's hand. "I'm back!" Year two Terry got it, he drove all the way over to our house and left it in our front yard but I caught them and drove back to their place where I left him on their front porch. I went home and woke up to find it in the tree in our front yard. So, this year we bundled the snowman with a gift card. Keep the snowman and you can keep the card. Amy "won" this year! Oh, I hope she keeps the card, otherwise, you will find a youtube video of a burning papier-mâché snowman tomorrow.<br />

For my daily, I thought it appropriate to post a photo of the "winner" of our white elephant gift exchange. :)<br />
