Darron - 2009
2009.07.05 (Sun) - Had a good day, Robin and I slept in so we missed church. Brandon went but locked his keys in the Yukon (for the 3rd time this week) so we went and rescued him after the wonderful breakfast that Robin made. We returned home and packed a lunch and took off for an afternoon adventure. We ended up at Forrest Hill Bridge were there was some police activity. A young man was hauled off in handcuffs from the middle of the bridge, we talked to a few people but nobody knew what happened. We were just glad that it was nothing tragic and we stopped to remember Andrew before getting back to our adventure.
Lunch was good, it was getting hot so we returned home, we purchased Passion of the Christ and returned home to watch it with B and Bri. The movie was so well done but still hard to sit through at times. What an amazing gift we were given that day!
After the movie we went swimming a bit and Robin has to get to bed soon so we'll have to turn in for the night. I grabbed this shot from the middle of the Forrest Hill Bridge near the call box. Took it straight out of the camera, cropped and adjusted color and contrast just slightly.
Until tomorrow,
Darron
