2009.01.07 (Wed) - Happy Birthday Robin!
Getting ready to head off for work, Robin is not home yet but I have flowers and a card waiting for her. I won't have time for anything but Robin after work so I am posting my dp now.
Sometimes, when the pot gets really big we buy lottery tickets in hopes of hitting it big but I was thinking about it this morning. The odds of a guy like me getting a woman like Robin are astronomical! I got so very lucky when I met her, I have already hit it bigger than I could ever have hoped for!
I love you Robin, Happy Birthday...

![2009.01.13 (Tue) - New years shoes
Well, I did it... <a target="_blank" href="http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/7445561">Got up early this AM and ran 5K</a>. The good news is that I was able to make the full distance non-stop, the bad news was my time, 36:05. A year ago I had a 5K PR of 27:09 so I have a long way to go.
Got in to work and busted though some screen designs before lunch. I packed a healthy lunch and felt pretty good all day. I wrapped up the work day by 4PM, got home and watched some news, ate dinner, and then went on a nice 5K walk with Robin.
Brandon got his replacement MacBook this evening, we cloned his hard drive before we shipped out the defective one so now we are cloning his new hard drive and he will be back in business by tomorrow.
After starting B's clone restore, I grabbed this quick shot of my new running shoes for a daily and now I'm ready to relax with Robin for the rest of the night.
